Retreats that Move You

Daily movement classes are the foundation of every retreat. As we unravel stress and recharge our energy, we open our senses to the local area and a new sense of ourselves. We learn about local agriculture as we taste the harvest. We understand hormonal changes as we DIY herbal skincare. We flex our intuition as we learn about tarot. Whether it's a cooking class, hiking, wine-tasting, or time for an afternoon nap, our programs give you a break from your normal life to slow down, root into local rhythms, and unwind from the grind.

A Private Chef

We’re known for feeding souls (and tummies) with meals that nourish beyond diet culture.

After the movement class, we sip coffee and relish breakfasts of homemade granola, peaches drizzled with honey, and local eggs. The lunch buffet features salads with fresh herbs & seasonal veggies, a freshly-baked bread, and protein options for everyone. There’s always a happy hour. In Italy, its a tasting of regional Nebbiolos and on booze-free retreats it's a kombucha mocktail while watching the sun set. During dinners we linger over slow-roasted flavors, savor the time with new friends, and  ask our chef about all her secret recipes. Desserts are not too sweet, and are the perfect cap to a delicious day. 

The portions are satisfying without being overwhelming. You are given permission to slow down and enjoy every bite.

Time for Adventures and Time to Chill

We round out the programs with gnocchi cooking classes, hikes with a local guide, or wine tastings. But we also leave plenty of down-time for naps, reading, and lounging by the pool. Activities are always optional. It’s your chance to learn, explore, chill out, and check “luxury yoga retreat” off your bucket list.
